I had an amazing week at Big White, enjoying a spacious and well-equipped apartment at Sundance Resort. The accommodations were fantastic, with ski-in/ski-out access and helpful staff. However, I was caught off guard by an unexpected charge to my security deposit, which really dampened my overall experience. While there are great facilities, some areas seem to need a little TLC to maintain the resort's appeal.

We had an incredible stay at Sundance Resort, with perfect ski-in/ski-out access right from our cozy cabin. The amenities, especially the shuttle service to the village, made our trip even more enjoyable. While the cabin was fantastic, we did wish for more trash cans and a bit more attention from housekeeping. Overall, it’s a family-friendly place with excellent facilities and stunning views that I can't wait to return to.

I had an amazing time at the resort. The location is just a short walk to the village, and the amenities were fantastic, from the heated outdoor pool to the cozy fireside lounge. The staff were extremely friendly and even celebrated our anniversary with a sweet surprise. The only downside was the hardness of the bed, but overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely return.
